Hi,
Been running a Pi and IQ Dac for a while now. Simple to set up and I've been streaming from Spotify, Qobuz, Tidal, TuneinRadio and my NAS and sound quality is superb, in fact it's made me think of ditching my vinyl setup on a few occasions!

Marco. I'm using a pi2 with berry DAC+ and was likewise very impressed. Mine is running as a squeezebox. Using a £10 battery makes an astonishing improvement to the sound (and you know my take on foo). Smps are capable of being fine power supplies done well, but the bog standard pi ones I was using were easily bettered with a cheap battery (which also provides a handy way to turn it off)
Nice one, Richard. That's certainly something to think about, and which I'll probably investigate. At the moment, the Pi one seems to be doing a pretty good job, certainly to produce the results I'm hearing.
The acid test will be to see what a top-notch linear PSU brings to the party :)
