Yes. Trajen on Tower Hill London, Constantine in York. There are several statues of Emperors and Governors at the baths in Bath.

None of them were put up by the actual Romans though, does that make a difference?

thats pretty recent i think? although emperor he was i dont think active in briton. he went east i think. constantine was certainly in york; think he became emperor there.
