Absolutely - we all "know" they're guilty, and nothing in this forthcoming report will change our minds. BUT... then what? They're all as bad as each other. I wouldn't even trust those who didn't go to these parties, they probably just got a better offer from their favourite Russian Ladies of the night ;) and are now relieved that they did.
