Lol - in your opinion. I happily watch new stuff all the time (as you'll see from my posts here) and very much enjoy it! But each to his or her own. I just personally couldn't sit and watch amcient films all the time, and neither could Del, but it comes down to what you're into, and to an extent your age:)Quote:

I can happily watch many, many films from the 90s through to today and thoroughly enjoy them, hence why I have Sky movies, Virgin movies and Netflix, and can scan through the selections and NEVER struggle to find something that I want to watch:)
I like some old stuff, and agree that the classics are often unmatchable, but I'm not hung up on them. Would just be good to see a bit more variety of content posted here - something 'edgier' and more obscure, and yes recent!:D

As Babs Windsor died recently, a tribute to her.. Crooks in Cloisters from 1964. She stars with a good cast including Bernard Cribbins and Ronald Fraser.

Yeah it was a shame what happened to her in the end. An undoubtedly great actress, and by all accounts, a lovely lady.

This Bluray is stunning considering the film was made in 1943... yes Marco, 77 years ago, and during a world war. :ner:
