Yeah. I'll have to go in the menu and sort the metering. It seems to be using some kind of zone metering at the moment, with the zone indicator hopping about in the display. I like spot metering.
depends on what you like. i quite like zone at times as you often get a slightly softer pic akin to using a filter
Good shot of the dog.
I've just been informed by my telly that the Furniture Village Sale ends this Sunday. Better hurry! I'm not sure whether my sofa will last until the next sale.
I'll wait until the next advert break to find out when the next one starts.
When I used to use film cameras, none of them had through the lens metering. I would either guess the exposure or take a reflected light reading with an exposure meter. Then the great majority of my photography was travel related. I would take a reading at the beginning and was amused to note that it wouldn't change over the duration of my visit. Using Kodachrome 64 slide film, 95% of the exposures were 1/125s at f/11.
Just noticed the odometer of my car has passed 100,000 miles. Damn - I knew it was coming up, but wanted to experience seeing it trip over from 99,999 to 100,000!
Time to buy to buy yourself that new Jaguar? ;)
Marco.
Mrs. Pony has gone out for the night, and I've just realised I've been on this forum since 5pm! Time for some Chemical Brothers 'Born in the Echoes'. Brought on by the new O2 'Follow The Rabbit' ad.
The weekend has landed!
