They just look very oniony. I might give them a go, as I do like leek and potato soup, and our local eaterie's chicken leek and ham hock pie is the best in the world, nay, the universe.
So you don't like onions? If so, I understand, as leeks are quite oniony. Obviously, here in Wales leeks are rather renowned...

Leaks too, so I'm told. Thank goodness for Tena. I don't mind onions as long as they are well cooked and not too 'slabby'. But never raw, I'd rather eat a tramp's toenails.Quote:
