The SR3DR5 I have sent is a 5v 3A output power supply. It is purely to replace the external switching power supply normally used with the Pi. It is not a straight forward linear power supply as it uses two SR3 voltage regulators in series internally to provide the higher supply line rejection and higher reverse transfer noise suppression (suppression of noise generated by the Pi, when data processing is active, that can feed back through power lines onto the mains supply). Combined with the regulation for the 3v3 and 1v8 rails, still to be implemented, this should give you similar supply line rejection and performance to the SL1210 upgrade.
