Grant, not sure you have this one but it is VVG IMHO, I picked up a new copy at a reasonable price after reading a review which said Diana Krall when making this album specifically paid attention to the mic'ing and mixing so that her voice was clear and that all its nuances were picked up in the recording of each song. Apart from her voice there is some beautiful musicianship on the album, and it is impeccably recorded.

No I haven't, would like to see it. My friend gave me the BBC Live for a Christmas present, I remember seeing her on Jools Holland at Christmas. It was is such a shame that she did not get to grips with her problems and she is not still here now, a huge talent lost, but then it seems that often bright stars burn out quickly, I think of Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison, Ian Curtis to name a few.Quote:

So regularly, and only, eating food containing too much salt, or fat, can lead to heart attacks - hedonistic maybe, but I wouldn't call it an addiction.
Sandy Denny (of Fairport Convention) died from falling down the stairs; but she was kinown to have a drink problem, so might have been drunk at the time. It wasn't the drink that killed her, it was the fall.
Yes but we're not talking about Elvis here [emoji23] I meant drink and drugs to the point it kills you, usually the result of underlying causes not because people just don't care and want to enjoy themselves.
