It was good. Two fresh Jalapenos in there plus some Worcestershire sauce seemed to do the job.

Food is such a mood thing sometimes and that matched ours today.

I do like lamb a lot but the wife won't eat it. So occasionally I just do 4 cutlets with mint sauce and whatever I feel like. Selfish pig outs, basically, when the opportunity arises.

Like you guys, I love lamb, and the quality of Welsh lamb is excellent. There are more sheep than people in North Wales!:D
