I've just got these. I'm sure I will be back for advice! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Faulty-Vin...vip=true&rt=nc
Mods. Does that link go into my account? If so could you remove it asap, thanks.
Sorry, Andrew, I'm not quite sure what you mean - which account are you talking about?
Marco.
Ah well, November the fifth is on its way. At least you'll have some wood for the bonfire! :)
Seriously, you've got some work to do to get these sorted out, one non-standard mid unit and the vinyl skin is lifting in the centre of the bass drivers. Unless of course you bought them for spares. The good thing is, parts do crop up on eBay quite often. Best cure for the vinyl on the bass units is to remove it leaving just enough attached to form the roll surround and glue the dust caps back on. Very punchy speaker the Magister!
Sorry, Marco. Just me being a bit daft. When I tried out the link in my post, to see if it worked, it took me into my ebay account, presumably because I was still logged in to ebay. For an awful moment I thought it would shortcut anyone who tried the link into there too. I admit it, I just PANICKED!
Thanks, Paul.
