I guess I'm lucky with Del (who despite being a princess and sometimes 'high-maintenance') is mostly just a joy. As you know, Del's a fair bit younger than me, also looks young for her age (and has a 'young head'), hence why some of her friends are younger than her and can relate to her on important levels, although she also has older friends too, which she's equally close to. That's why I don't mind occasionally being 'kicked out' of the house lol, to give both her pals and her the space and privacy that they need, especially when some of them are young enough to be my daughter!:D
In the end it's all good, and that shared level of respect and understanding is probably why Del and I have been happily married for so long., and her friends think I'm 'cool'. Anyway, I hope those thoughts weren't too deep for a wet and rainy Sunday evening!:)
