I read somewhere that Jags were used as their bodies were 'tinny' and provided a safe crumple zone for TV stunt crashes.
Or they'd used up the supply of Jags on their local 'manor' by crashing them all onto waste ground for no real reason.Quote:

Watching TV with my grandkids (8 and 6 years old) the other day. They were mystified by the big boxes and the funny round thing. Time I started their HiFi education I think.

I watch some terrible rubbish with my nieces and nephews when they were young but there was never any hi-fi or records in it.
Have they got the L/R orientation of the speakers correct? There's a risk the next generation will grow up with a total lack of knowledge of transducer setup if they watch trash like that. Having said that, they may have been experimenting to see if they could get a wider soundstage.
Is the listening position/seat the tyre? If so then yes; the mid and tweeters are too far apart.
pretty sure any cartoon character is capable of setting up his speakers they way he likes them.
