Which I discovered is a "off-center-tapped inductor" ... Its actually difficult to find replacements with the same series resistance its so high due to the cotton thin wire used.Quote:

You can either decide which way you prefer the midrange switch & replace with the appropriate value inductor [1MH=flat / 1.6MH=cut] or buy 1x1MH & 1x0.6MH and wire them together so they mimic the original. Completely pointless unless you must keep them working as originally intended.
