What prompted me to get the 'red howler' was that it had a really smart, quite expensive jubilee style bracelet on it. I kept that (now on another watch), stuck a cheapo rubber strap on it and sold it for a fiver more than I paid for it on ebay ;)Quote:

Terrible to admit I’ve never actually thoroughly cleaned any of my watches but then I rarely wear them long enough to get dirty. Usually give them a rub over before I put them on.Quote:

Something more standard. Sold this one once on ebay but the buyer complained about the scratches on it and I refunded him. There's barely a mark on it and I don't know what he expected for forty quid.
