Very nice little vintage Rotel integrated amp. RA-820 at only £35. I had one of these. The sound quality is remarkable for what was a budget item. Mine sounded bloody marvellous driving a big pair of horn speakers. Well worth grabbing.

Sanyo DAD-M15 cd player. I've never seen one before. I love it's looks but I wonder if it's any good.
They were pretty good, and one of the first out if memory serves. oversampling and had multiple pcb's. Dunno what they are worth and doubt they would stand up well to modern stuff but for looks and rarity its probably worth the cashQuote:

With a bit of soul searching, I've decided not to go for them. I just don't have room for more speakers. (yes Grant, they are the one's I was keeping under my hat :))

I got some of these paper cone B200's about 8 years ago. First thing I noticed was that the cone shape /look, reminded of old Elac speakers I used in the late 60's, Elac 8N148 and Elac 8N185.Quote:

elac paper drivers were improved version of old lowther drivers i think.should produce a nice even sound. including postage they cost 11 50 so am pleased to have them. once ive got them i will compare.

this has been switched back to a el34 version with new valves in and 35 quid taken off the price...looks to be a nice amp with 4 inputs and 2 speaker taps
