The TLS 50 is a lovely speaker. Think Spendor BC1 with another octave of potent bass and you'll have some idea. In some ways I preferred it to the bigger IMFs. I expect the guy would let you have a listen to them.

Don't like 'BC1' nor transmissions.. I'll not be bothering with em tbh. Just amazed to see how close he is to me..

Geoff, don't see them on the bay much these days, what do you reckon a pair of Axiom 401's are worth? Also the twin axiom I think they are called?

They do crop up on eBay. I'd guess a near mint pair of 12" Twin Axioms could go for as much as £150 to £250 maybe. Nice enough speaker, but I'd sooner have a pair of Wharfedale Super 10 RSDD's.
