The Sheffield folk on here might like to know we finally have a record shop in the city centre again!
Vinyl Demand, on Rockingham Street... and it's a goodie, full of great old stuff. Went in the other day and bought four LPs - friendly guy, too.
Square Records - Wimborne Minster
A dying breed now these small shops, great service and also a selection of S/H albums too. Very good at sourcing what you want as well.

Had a little trip to:
http://www.rubbersoulrecords.co.uk/
earlier today
Picked up:
Lloyd Cole & The Commotions - Rattlesnakes
Rainbow - Down to Earth
Joan Armatrading - Track Record
Ted Nugent - State of Shock
Pretenders - Pretenders
Dire Straits - Communique
Mica Paris - So Good
Earth Wind & Fire - All n' All
Pretenders - Learning to Crawl
Bad Company - Straight Shooter
Pat Travers - Go For What You Know
Doobie Brothers - Best Of
Pat Travers - Putting it Straight
Marvin Gaye - Midnight Love
Emmylou Harris - Quarter Moon in a Ten Cent Town
15 (Fifteen) albums for just fifteen of your English pounds - and most are good/perfect outer and inner sleeves as well. No serious scratches or groove damage (with what I've got through so far, anyway;)) and of course any crud just cleans up on the Moth.
Well happy:)
anyone know of any good indie record shops in the North East?
The two that I mainly use are -
Sister Ray - 34/35 Berwick street London W1

Reckless Records - 30 Berwick street London W1
