When driving home earlier we were doing 30-35mph down a road when a bicycle ridden by some hoodie scrote overtook us doing at least 40, overtook the car in front of us, found himself heading straight for a traffic island so tore past it on the other side of the road. Edit: Just seen Geoff's link on another thread. So this fast moving scumbag is clearly outside of the law and all we can hope is that if the the cops don't catch up with him, karma will.
