From memory (what's that), the Radford STA25 III and the Rogers Master were very similar in sound quality.
I recently tried one pair of my ESL57's, they still worked after many years of storage. One of my ESL63's has not stood storage so well, nasty crackling.

Have bass units and tweeters been replaced?
Bass unit should be KEF B200?
Tweeter looks ok, but not so sure about the bass... there were other issues i am told. Had a set once.
They look fairly cheap and nasty, and the four terminals on the back suggest they are for P.A. type setups. They most likely use a 100V Line Connection.
