Might be when they supplied drivers OEM and their own speakers were branded JM Labs. I think those Kevlar(?) tweeters were used quite a bit, the Impulse H2 being an obvious example.

And that giant print of the top of an MBL speaker was way before its time.
Those Wharfedale speakers are not as large as they appear. Each one in the series: Dovedale; Glendale,
and Kingsdale used a 5" midrange drive unit. The Dovedale used a 10" bass driver, the Glendale a 12" driver and the Kingsdale a 15" driver.
Judging from the size of the woofer compared with the 5" mid, I would suggest they are Dovedales.
They are in fact the rare Airedale SP
