More power to her, its a ver good product, and a uses the best barley from south of Ireland.
Its youngish but at the pricepoint pretty decent.
See the difference in colour this Edradour 10. This stuff looks like it's come out of the deep earth..

nice drop of Rhône - on offer in local Co-Op at £8 down from £10. Fruity and smooth, not sure it will be the best accompaniment to the Punjabi tomato curry currently simmering - but have some nice Shipyard American pale ale for that. :). Some choons to accompany the stirring and sipping in the meantime.

edit.. very nice this; still has the redbreast 12 basics, but maybe a bit younger and peppery.. great winey nose, but not overly once it settles. same creamy pot still, but with the quality sherry and new spanish oak finish. 10 mins plus of air and it really settles into a very nice dram. i can see this being a regular on my final rotation...slange
impressed.. it is over 46% so i feel a splash of h2o is helping it in all ways, for me anyway. not that it isnt good without. definately going into a possible rotation:eyebrows:
i intend having maybe 6 or so in a final collection for drinking stock. maybe 8:eyebrows:

Ah ok... Aldi's more organised in that respect. They've employed a 'traffic light' system at entrances to stores, which monitors and controls the amount of people inside at any one time, so if it's green [which now it invariably is] you just go:)
I've not seen any queues there for weeks... Same as pretty much any supermarket here now. In that respect, it's almost back to normal.

I saw this in a liquor store across town, It was in his store awhile the bottle 18/01/2018 so it is a early release of this expression.
Anyone have this before? It was not a cheap date.
Not tried it.. It's about £42 gbp here. Quite smokey I believe and a fair amount of sherry.
