Thanks Marco. I always cook pasta al dente so it keeps its flavour and shape.
Indeed. Al dente is the only way that pasta should ever be! However, the De Cecco stuff gives best results:)

It's been too hot here for anything but a salad. Thus:

Watermelon for dessert, and all washed down with a Gallo White Zinfandel rosé.
How hot was it, Barry? Here it got up to 25C, which for me was fine for hot food:)
