The vast majority (99%) of LPs I see for sale in charity shops and at boot sales are utter tripe, in poor condition and with ripped, scuffed and dog-eared sleeves. And the sellers have the nerve to ask £3 or more for each!

No thats at Marylebone in 1968 the time it was handed over to British Rail... That 'HS4000' was actually allocated to Tinsley yard not far from us . Sold to the Russian Railway early 70's for approx £127.000

I had an XK-007 back in the day. It was a great piece of kit - the way it clamped the tape and spun it to tighten it always made me smile.

I'm not saying these are a bargian (and I'm not saying they're not). But wow...

I always thought those strange Aiwa cassette decks that had the flat control panel well really strange. Never had the chance to use one but i remember em being favourable F770 etc..

Yeah, I remember those from my days at Laskys. The 007 was a later model. That style sold really well in the late 80's and were actually really reliable.

Quite a cool design in retrospect. No like anything else.
