In general North Indian curries are much milder and less 'fiery' than their southern counterparts. Much more to my taste. :)

Yes, Kashmiri pulao, without fruit. Lots of ingredients in this curry, which all combined beautifully. Not too hot unless you ate a fresh chilli! Largely sweet and sour flavours:)

Salmon with freshly made ratatouille and mayonnaise. Didn't realise mayo is so easy to make at home, just blend an egg and some oil basically.

Lol yes, I also like penne and we use them often, amongst many other varieties of pasta - some quite unusual shapes among them:)
