Having bought a watch with a 1000 metre rating, I thought I’d put it to the test.

Looks good but I wouldn’t have been happy about paying 50 odd quid for a watch that then arrived with a dead battery.
Happened once with a watch from Creation and I got a partial refund to cover the cost of getting the battery replaced.
Once when Amazon sent me the wrong watch they let me keep it for nothing!

You can still get the Casio version but they're nearer the 30 quid mark. El Luminous is maybe the chinese shot at what was on the original watch but lost in translation?Quote:

My Gruen dress watch with the sunburst dial. These are quite rare now. This one is in good nick although dial could do with a dust inside. Not by me tho lol.
It also has fancy lugs although not sure what they are called now.
