This is where we went on Saturday - the best food we’ve found in North Norfolk the past couple of years:
https://whitehorsebar.co.uk/
I had the Smoked Salmon starter:

They had pudding, I didn’t!
Your Chinese lunch looks amazing, by the way!
Lunch at the Tiptree Tea Room:
Continuing the king prawn theme:
Penne pasta, king prawns in a tomato sauce with vegetables.
Watermelon for dessert
Peroni lager to drink.
That's complicated as my lady friend and I don't actually live together.
We eat out at least once a week (not always with each other), she and her three daughters ate here on Saturday https://www.felixrestaurants.co.uk/ and it's where we go for 'special' meals out.
I'm out for a curry on Wednesday here https://gingerlounge.co.uk/ after a pint or four
I tend to spend the back end of the week at hers. She's very good at roast dinners and meat and two veg and I'll step in for curries and pasta dishes (although she does a mean lasagne!).
We've thought about pooling our resources and getting somewhere together but we both like the space our current arrangement affords :)
Tonight’s steak and chips

 It's where we get our marmalade from. Well actually we buy it from the farm shop in the village, but the Tiptree factory is only about 17 miles north of us. Never visited the place, but I believe you can have guided tours of the farm and factory. Must give it a visit one day.
