I've got one of those, as well as the larger 'Pro' model. The sound quality is quite something. Extremely good by any standards. You could spend £10k and get a lesser sound quality.

Not for Hi-Fi. They are PA stage monitors and have very limited cabinet volume and a high driver resonance. The crossover is 2.5kHz in order to protect the tweeter from high inputs, but this does nothing for the normally lovely Tannoy midrange. The drive units can be used in bigger cabinets with the SRM-12X crossover or similar. I've had a pair of these by the way.Quote:
