Then why not cover up the kit in question when they're in the room, or if the gear in a separate room, prevent them from going in there? Honestly, it's not rocket science! :rolleyes:

With a bit of vigilance and common sense, there's simply no excuse at all for kit getting trashed.

Thought thats what i did... Told them not to and they dont.....takes a few times to train em you know... You need to try kids out mate lol they do!t just comply at first time of asking.....covering stuff up aint really practicle and i was buggered if i was moving it. Wasnt like they lived here...speakers have their cover on as per usual but they have inquisitive fingers and can get carried away when at play. Only takes a second to screw something so i found next best thing was to train them not to touch...period!! Trained my daughter to shout at them if they get too near:D

Lol... I wasn't referring to your circumstances, Grant, as I know you're careful, but rather the person who owned the trashed speakers on ebay :)

^fantastic speakers. I recently won a pair of these on eBay (for £47!) and have been surprised at how capable they are.
