However, about an hour ago I had a phone call from the centre to say that his scar is now infected, he's on antibiotics and so he won't be released until he's seen the vet next Tuesday.

Add this to my impressively bloodshot left eye which has appeared from nowhere, plus our lovely Siemens Porsche kettle that I dropped and broke last night and it's not been a good couple of days!

:(

That's terrible news. I love my Porsche kettle.

Here's a cat picture to cheer you up.

I've seen that before on many occasions

Thought that some of the cat lovers here might like to see some pics of Emrys now he's grown up a bit:

Marco.

Ah Marco they are gorgouse, I especially love the one with her legs around Emrys:). They are so cute together. That is a valentine picture for a card;)

Natalie;)

Thanks, Natalie.

He's a real little cutie and absolutely dotes on Abella, like she was his mummy! She just sits there and licks his wee head and gives him the odd slap, lol :)

Marco.

Hi Marco

You got some very spoilt moggies there , they look so happy and content , mine are the same though they know how to drive me nuts when its feeding time lol.

Emrys might be a youngster in this life, but I get the vibe that he's an old soul, very happy and wise with it. You can keep your flash stereo Marco. If I ever do get up your way to visit, it's HE I shall want to meet, bless his heart :)

good to see them getting on together, sometimes they don't. Hard to work out what is going on in their little heads sometimes :)

Update

The antibiotics have done their job, the 'collar of shame' is off and we're picking up Polly and Pippin on Saturday!
