I used to own a pair of LS55's, in fact mine were an identical finish to this pair. I wasn't that enamoured with them to be honest, the DM2's slaughtered them in every department. My old pair now reside in a recording studio somewhere in Leeds :)Quote:

It's a great amp with one of the best Japanese sound signature of that era. But I couldn't live with the cables hanging out at the front. It spoilt the scene. I was also worried about it being 220V instead of 240V.
