Okies... Trust me, mate, for the purposes of Barista-style coffee, whole milk is better, especially as you like (milk-heavy) lattes. It improves the milk finish.

I was aware of that, but will be sticking with the semi-skimmed, its been a long time since we had full fat milk in the fridge.

Ok, but you could get a small carton and just keep it for your coffees - that won't kill anyone, lol.
