dont see many cops here either. only a small place and mostly folk behave properly... its on the walking route of the bycycle path so you get a few going by excersising

Interesting... It couldn't be more different round here, mate! Total opposite. It's like 'The Land That Time Forgot', in terms of activity, or the distinct lack of it.

31st of March was the op, slit me open, moved some neck muscles around for access, opened the artery and scrapped all the crap out, rebuilt me, and sent me home on the 3rd of April.
I still have some pain caused by the muscle manipulation but that is easing.

Had mine done beginning of February. They installed about five inches of synthetic artery apparently, needless to say, I didn't see it :).

I was lucky to survive after three strokes, the last and worst one, while I was being operated on I'm told. I was paralysed on the right when I woke up and couldn't even walk, but recovered amazingly quickly though and have been back to near enough 'normal' for a while fortunately.

Hope you keep improving, I expect you'll be just fine! :thumbsup:

Wow, you were lucky, my op was triggered by a couple of microstrokes, second one had me going to the doc. They were great, everything organised within a week.
I thought I was having stents put in, nope, scraped artery. 86% blocked.

I apparently lost 95% of blood flow through the artery. I'd known something was wrong for a while, as I was losing the ability to think. By the time I carted myself off to the doctor, I couldn't even figure out how to turn my PC on, let alone use it! :rolleyes:

Needless to say I ended up in hospital almost immediately.

Lets hope we keep making progress..........It would be nice to enjoy getting a bit drunk down the pub again! :D

I hadn't really thought about it, but I've realised I can't remember the last time I used cash to pay for anything. Been ordering it all online.

Last time I went the cashpoint was end of February. Took out a ton, I've still got about £15 of that left.

I got paid cash on a couple of jobs just before the lockdowm, went straight to the Post office to pay it in, washed my hands straight away. Cash must surely be an excellent virus carrier, along with card keypads and petrol pumps.
