most folk say they get 300 plus or minus a little bit .. so fairly accurate but yes in cold state its gonna be lower. in winter you certainly would need a smart charger to warm it and batteries up. the way petrol prices are going its gonna be a rich mans game driving a proper carQuote:

money is an issue for lots of folk alas. always has been i guess. and not everyone finds driving as exciting as maybe you or even i do. to some its just a means to an end.
Indeed, but I'm referring to the sheep who can afford it, yet seemingly have little concept of how to enjoy themselves - and that doesn't just apply to driving!!

I'm sure that's true of some but all the wealthy people I know have a vehicle that is more expensive than it needs to be if their only interest was in relaibly getting from A to B.Quote:

Best thing I ever did car-wise was getting a new small cheap runabout in 2014, it does all I need, goes well too, even on motorways. Sure a bit more wellie would be fun, but I don't need it. It's only done 23k, so bags of life left in it and it costs peanuts to run (comparatively :)). I could run something fancier, but with the mileage I do, there's not much point.
I clocked up 660 miles last year due to Covid.
