I'll struggle to be subjective because I added them at the same time as the 5mm base plate. Sorry to say that I did this sheep fashion!!! Lol

Thurs bin a few Oak cone seller which were not that great, the angle of the cones didnt look right to me. This seller is the best imho

Some Ebay sellers are just unbelievable - you wouldn't want to encourage anyone to buy your goods by making them look good or anything, would you?

Quite agree,

the only feet I've found of any use are sorbothane pads used to damp out vibration/noise from items with large transformers, all alloy or wood, etc., supports tried have been a waste of time, just so much 'snakeoil' if you ask me.

I only bought them for the visual aspect, i just prefer the look to aluminium :lolsign:

Picking them up Wednesday evening so in a couple of days I will be comparing them with my JPW's for computer listening.

I picked up a mint pair of these about 6 months ago for £6 (yes, that's right SIX POUNDS) in one of the local charity shops (they had just arrived and had no price on them - the girl had to phone the manager, when he said £6 I was amazed - case of right place, right time - it was the first time I had ever been in there). Having had a pair of the smaller 760i's that sounded fab on the end of Audiolab amps, I knew I would not be disappointed. IMO they need something with a bit of grunt behind it to give of their best.
