Strange title as until recently there were no railways in Tibet. The Chinese found a way to overcome problems with the permafrost, and did indeed build a railway line, but it doesn't reach the centre of Lasa; the railway station is about 5 miles away.
I know I've seen these live, along with Eat Static, Autechre, and many others, on nights at Manchester Academy known as 'Megadog'... great nights out, just a shame I can remember sod all about any of them :doh: Those were the days :)Quote:
