How do you store your beans?
Tupperwared in the fridge up till now, decided to try storing in cupboard instead.
Different (better) taste.
Wonder if the sudden temperature change when grinding/brewing plays a part here?

i leave the bags out for about 3 weeks then i keep them in bottom of fridge. i fill about 1 large cup of beans into hopper every few days. i mix my beans so i get a bit of the good in them all.. a blend; i use good beans and add some of these to the mix.. these are great in small quantities.Quote:

actually they are not bad by self tbh. they are dark tho and have no doubt robusta in mix
