Not had Gammon in a while. Annoyingly broke one of the egg yolks, less to dip the chips in, which let’s face it, is the best bit!

It's far too hot for cooked meals, so it's salads for me at the moment. And will probably eat salads for the rest of the week, if not for longer. :)

It has been too hot of late for anything but salads,
So:
On a bed of mixed baby leaves, grated carrot, hard boiled egg, smoked bacon pieces, tomato, radish and cucumber.
On a bed of watercress, tuna mayonnaise, cherry tomatoes, radish and cucumber.
Again on a bed of watercress grated carrot, tuna mayonnaise, pickled beetroot, red pepper and radish.
Also on a bed of watercress, prawns in mayonnaise, beetroot, red pepper and radish.
Another egg salad with grated carrot, cucumber, radish and cherry tomatoes.
Ham salad with chestnut mushrooms, beetroot, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Think that is enough to be going on with!
