Felt like some Mozart for a change, some classical rock of the day:lol:...
I am quite a Mozart fan so have put a few notes for you that may not be familiar, not mine but from liner notes.
If you come across these Time Life recordings in a charity or 2nd-hand shop do not hesitate if they are in good condition, they are generally very well selected recordings, the vinyls themselves are excellent with virtually no background noise, some of the best classical records I have, and I have 4 of these Mozart boxed sets, all great.

"Soon after Mozart left Paris he composed this Symphony, K.318, but it is not a symphony in the same sense, it is an overture and often titled as such. Albert Einstein, was quite convinced that the symphony was meant to server as Zaide's Overture. (K.344 is titled Zaide) and there is a thematic dualism between the two.
