Understand your viewpoint but there were a lot of "exact" repros done in the '80s.. a lot of the muppets on ebay must list these as originals, either for greed or they really don't know how to tell the different pressings... Myself I'm happy with the "Spirit" of the thing as in the Repetoire Spirals. There's no way that could ever be passed off as an original.Quote:

Those Crimsons are a lesson in how it should be done.. but there's more than a few that sound superb in comparison to the originals. the ones I feel most leary about are the Sony/Universal/whatever "Back to Black" nice packaging but I don't trust the vinyl..
