I don’t know why, but I’ve always liked the Kubelwagen. Looks like they are slowly dissolving, though.

There's an episode of 'Combat Dealers' where they race a Jeep and a Kubel round an off road track. The Kubel wins! You don't see that in the war films.

The 'Amphibian' or more correctly the VW 'Swimmwagen' is my favourite though:
