Mercedes Vito going for a service tomorrow, £420  But I've asked mechanic to go through EVERYTHING, all the fluids, filters etc, and I trust him to use the correct quality stuff. Turns out the van isn't showing on Mercedes Benz's system, so likely the previous owner used some back street garage not on their books. Van's running great, and I'm determined to keep it that way...
i see cornell uni in states are working on lane ev car recharging on the move.... could give cars unlimited range
Doorbell went earlier. The mechanic handed me the car key he'd mislaid, so all is good again.
Into last 6months of my lease now so actively(on line) investigating if I will change cars.
This difficult to find cars suitable. Doh.
Too Many low cars but don't say how low etc. All those partial and full electrics don't help [emoji23]
I have never bought a new car. New cars devalue the moment you drive them off the dealer's forecourt.
Measured for a garage window last month, customer had an old Honda 400/four under a sheet. When I commented, his wife said "Do you want to buy it?" I didn't answer, but I have thought about it since. Going back to do job tomorrow, so I'll have a better look while he goes to put kettle on. I remember them being pretty nice little bikes in their time.
