I have great memories of playing it at a girl's house in the complete dark around 1986. We'll call her "Sophie" - well, because that was indeed her name. Aside from listening to music in the dark, Sophie always said she wanted to have sex in a bath full of baked beans. :eek:
This never happened - I mean, aside from the logistics of it, there's the cost - and I was an office junior at the time! How many tins of baked beans would it take to fill a bath? And then what the heck do you do with them afterwards, how do you get them out, a large spoon and a wheelbarrow?
Anyway, Sophie decided to kid all my friends that we had indeed "done it" in a bath full of baked beans... I am sure they didn't believe her, but I went along with the story, and as far as I know, they still think it happened!
We lost touch (not because of her baked bean fetish!) and it wasn't until a few years ago that she messaged me via social media as she had found a couple of photos of me from the time. She went on to become an RE Teacher, and is now a grandmother! I have no idea if her baked bean kink has ever been fulfilled, or if she moved on to Alphabetti Spaghetti or indeed any other of the 57 varieties!
