Well, your surname certainly isn't Bailey, that's for sure, lol... I'd stick to selling cables! ;)
Marco.
Yup, Johnnie, pity you couldn't make it down, dude - would've been nice to have seen you again :)
You certainly missed out on what was probably one of the most amazing sounds I've experienced from vinyl replay, with the DH1 at the helm.
Playing a 45 RPM half-speed mastered version of Doug MacLeod's 'There's a Time', on 200g vinyl (which is probably one of the finest recordings I've heard of any type), produced a musical experience that was simply mesmerising...
It's certainly not an experience that I'll forget in a hurry!!
Marco.
So are you buying one then?
Mark's already asked me that question, daftee, which I've replied to! :)
See post #25.
Marco.
It would seem a good day was had by all. :)
Excellent review on the Cartridge Marco, however, it doesn't surprise me that Dom's efforts paid off big time, Going on the conversations i have had with him, he is a perfectionist, and would not settle for anything less than greatness.
I really hope he gets the recognition, and just as important, the sales his products deserve.
Well done too to Greg for his efforts on the amplification side, its design and performance was an obvious winner on the day.
