Battlefield: The Tunisian Campaign

Quality show this. No know-nothing celebs asking veterans 'how did you feel?' Instead, just the facts, soberly narrated with good use of stock footage to help visualise the terrain and the kit. And lots of maps. I like maps. It almost has the purity of an old Open University program.

Probably feel it was a waste of time fighting the hun to allow them to gather easy money:D

Now watching 'London: The Modern Babylon'. Part of the Keith Richards weekend on BBC2. Some great footage from the 'Seventies. A woman lying on a stretcher being loaded into an ambulance whilst still smoking a ciggy. Those were the days.
