The timescale can vary a bit for delivery from the far east, but I've just taken delivery of a TVC pre-amp from China that took a mere week to arrive from the purchase date. Probably the quickest of the dozens of items I've had from the oriental countries.
It was a Mei Xing MC-9 and a bit of a bargain at £293. He has one left on eBay!

I won a pair of Akai 'GXC-706D' cassette decks circa 1979, a silver one last week as a spare if need be (£50.00) but will reside in the spare room in a cassette based system & tonight a mint still unused Black one (£35.00) for the main system..
