Try this with another strap. Great thing about natos that they are fast change, new watch..
Probably a poor pic as I can't use hand very well, so excusehttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...b54204ed2f.jpg

Now more soberly strapped (nice supple leather Geckota strap for a fiver)

Seiko “Tank” today, fancied a change.
Solar powered, no winding or battery to fuss about, pretty cool.

A square.. You don't see many nowadays but we're popular when I was young. Only drawbacks in the day were they were inclined to let in dust. Sure better sealing now will have solved that.
Nice watch
Try a parnis today

Nice one Gary
Yes, I went with a sterile Parnis today, got hit by a brick earlier, shrugged it off

Flatter since the brick hit it
Bottle cap Seiko today

Already offered to Grant..but they're too big for him...I've got a 71/2 + wrist and they are all ok for me..The watches that they were on have been sold on...I've just got the 1 watch now...It was starting to get out of hand again...haha...4 of them haven't been used...they're just taking up space in my drawer...
Knock ‘em out on eBay?
ive aboyt 10" one :eyebrows:
Alan’s a substantiary Chap, and will always do the right thing by others...
I know, cos I’ve got pissed with him at the bar over a beer.
A while ago right enough
Loving that
That's a cracker.
just got a strap like that but a nato.. same colour and material
Strap still smells of previous owners after shave
I couldn't resist this, pretty thing and dirt cheap. Chuck it away if it breaks. Good size and a nice mesh strap, £16.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...ea06817d7d.jpg

Looks ok Ian. Was pleased with this for 30 notes

I really like that one Roy, I'm rather partial to a blue dial. The pilot watch looks brilliant too.
I probably over processed this pic :D

Looks radioactive [emoji23]
Like the overall design of this one but there just seem to be too many numbers on the face

Not keen on the small dial in a big lump of metal
That's better size. A true rangers watch
That was yesterday's, gone with titanium today, barely know you're wearing it it's so light.

Certainly a bit calmer. I quite like that one
Any 'new kids on the block' for you Grant?
No, nothing new.. Just put bumblebee on after an extended wearing of one of the gmt's

Bought a few whiskies tho lol
It's all Roy and Grant's fault, I've got the watch collecting bug. I like chronogaphs and interesting dials so the field is wide open.
These two are my most recent buys, the Rotary is a really solid and well built beastie and the Seconda was pretty much thrown in on the deal and I do like the vintage look of it.
As a side note Roy the Mondaine look a like I bought from Amazon is enjoying a holiday somewhere in Germany having been sent to the wrong distribution hub, should be here next week.

i like the seconda most
Yes, I keep having to buy more whisky, it's amazing how quickly it evaporates once it's open.
They're interesting Ian. Only thing I'm wary of with second hand quartz watches is how much life's left in the battery but having said that if you get them cheaply enough it's not much more to get the battery replaced or even do it yourself with the right tools (cheap enough to obtain off ebay or Amazon).
Another Parnis today

In 2017 on AOS I described the unusual, and nice way, a Tudor Oyster Prince 34 Tuxedo 7950 was given to me. Has anyone an idea of the current approximate value of this watch? I am wondering if I should sell it as I don't make use it.
Many thanks.
Not sure but it's valuable. Couple of grand maybe.
Roy might have a better idea
There was a non working 7950 that sold for £1195 on ebay & this similar model
