Okay dokes... Difference I guess is that I use full-fat ordinary milk and you use, some kind of soya or something was it?

no i use lactose free cows milk.. very little difference tbh. full fat should double quite fast, where a semi takes longer :eyebrows:
Indeed.... It seems to grow quickly when manipulated:D
sometimes it needs little manipulation if you have enough enthousiasm;)
