Nice.... I've also got a nice teapot in a similar style, and use it, along with the vintage Bone China cups, saucers, etc, to serve afternoon tea to friends visiting who like that sort of thing. Del does some homemade scones and cakes, sandwiches, jams, etc.

Yeah, churz... Scooped off some of the top layer of foam, like you said, and tapped the milk jug on the table, then swirled it around a bit before pouring... That gave the cow juice a nice silky consistency!:)
How long do you keep just the tip of the frothing spout inside the milk when steaming it, building up a vortex and increasing the volume etc, before lowering the spout down? Would you say that the latter equates to the last 5 secs of the overall process or more?
