Not been able to have a drinky all week so I'm getting smashed tonight.
Not planning on having anything, before my trip to Bulgaria next week. Cheapest alcohol prices in Europe, here I come!

Very sweet. That's where my father was born. Would like to go there but it's a long flight.
Let me think... Nah, I’ve ironed me Caribbean shirts now anyway

Themz blouses... Wanna see the skirts that match [and you in them, dahling]!:D

Lovin' the lemon ones... A cheeky wee pink blouse with them, shweety, would be perfect:eyebrows:
Marco.
Ah, how could I forget!
No doubt you'll be teaming the outfit up with those white sling-backs you bought the other week?
Marco.

Sunday has gotten off to a flying start, literally. Out on Fireblade this morning, I hit something slippery at about fifty which while didn't unseat me, caused the mother of tankslappers and I ended up hitting the kerb on the other side of road. Game over.
One side of the bike is perfect, the other side less so. Fairing lower, both wheels broken, mirror, indicator. Could have been much worse, at least there was no traffic coming the other way.
At the moment I'm walking like I've aged 30 years. In a fair bit of pain too. Typing this with my left hand while my right rests on a bag of frozen peas. At least I don't have to work for another nine days.
least your walking... you need to remember you age. get a mobility scooter ;) i gave up biking after a similar incident in my 20's. i remember saying to myself..f**k that!
Thanks Geoff, it's a bit shit having aches and pains for no good reason, eh? Like having hangovers without having had a drink :(
Not bothering with the insurance for the bike even though repairs will cost hundreds. I'd have to pay couple hundred excess, bugger up fourteen years of no claims and the fall out will no doubt affect premiums for bike, van and car.
Pigmy Pony clocking off for seven days. C'mon I know you like having me round, making the rest of you look intelligent. :) For serious discussions about runny poo and spunk bubbles, the king of toilet humour (Marco) will keep the flag flying.
Have a good time Steve.

Another boring anecdote :).
My right knee is buggered at the moment, so this morning I bought a lycra support thingy. I wasn't expecting it to be of any use, strapping and bandaging strain or tear injuries has never done anything for me in the past, But this thing actually works! I can walk and move my leg around with much less pain. Wonders will never cease.
It's a cartilage injury by the way. Not a serious one I think, but bloody painful nonetheless.
Sorry to hear that you are in pain. Great that the support works.
I'm aching a bit today, yesterday saw my neighbour struggling to reduce two hedges in height and width. Got out my chainsaw, went at the hedges hard!
Didn't realise how much I'd done, hence the aching.
Ha! ;) I'm in agony 24/7 ....Do you hear me complaining? ...well, yes i complain all the time  I should have thought more about that :D
I'll trim your hedge anytime, dahling:eyebrows:
Marco.
As the days go by, we face the increasing inevitability that we are alone in a godless, uninhabited, hostile and
meaningless universe. Still, you’ve got to laugh, haven’t you?
Dr John's 'Thought of the Day'.
As others have said: "Life's a bitch - and then you die".
My two favourite death bed 'last words' are -
From Oscar Wilde (and thus subject to doubt): "I can't bear the pattern of this wallpaper - one of us has to go".
From Emanuel Shinwell (a well-respected labour MP, 1922 - 1970), who after requesting a glass of whisky to drink said (of life): "Well it has all been very interesting".
I like what Spike wanted on his tombstone "I told you I was ill"
Just seen an advert on the telly for Christmas, the beginning of bloody September FFS
Way, welcome back, daftee-chops!
Fluffer? Well, I've always liked 'shampooing' a nice, dense tuft!:eyebrows:
Marco.
