fully recovered now , cheers guys for your sympathy bit of pain in my shoulder my collar bone did not heal correctly and is out of position , doctor says older you get bones dont heal as well .
Police say it was 50/50 as there was no reliable witness , turned out the old fella that was waliking by at the time was the village idiot with sub normal IQ
so my insurance company paid the cost as i,m fully comp there goes my no claims bonus
paid £500 excess , storage on bike & other costs £500 so well out of pocket & no bike
